Known affectionately as JERRY, this nickname has stuck with Alan Gardini since he was 7 - Evolving from the word 'Jarol' basically traslate's to 'Little stone'.
However, benieth Jerrys stature is a giant-sized dose of PASSION.
And its not only for FOOD!

My Story
Jerry's family roots take him back to Cesenatico, a small Portside Coastal town located in the beautiful region of Emilia-Romagna ITALY.
In 2007 Jerry decided that he had outgrown the fishbowl he called home -
it was time to venture across the big blue in search of new opportunity’s.
After some vast travel he found himself in OZ, marvelled at the sound of the sand squeaking under foot & the sheer beauty of our paradise resounded deep within his heart.
Jerry found Love, Light & many Blessing along the way & this is what drives him toward success.
Since 2013 Jerry has worked at Fishy Fishy personally selecting, organising & curating.
With over a decade of culinary experience Jerry truly is a expert in seafood & everything yummy!

In 2022 Jerry was offered to buy the restaurant,
so with his wife Fleur-Elise & the support of their family he did just that!
Living the ultimate 'chef' dream was attainable & owning Fishy Fishy Seafood Restaurant really could make their dreams come true.
